Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows chmilk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.v
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and give baby breastfeeding exclusively and also mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal and also apply hing water paste on baby stomach.
