Q.
mam my 18 months old baby not eat past 3 days... he did not eat anything.. I forced 2_3 bites then he had vomit frequently.. what can I do mam...and please tell suitable food for that time....

avoid to force feed the child if they arent willing to , as this would then tend to create a negative impact and they would then never show interset in food.
this could also be a teething phase as such were in loss of appetite is bound to occur
