mam mujhe sardi hui hai...mai kya dwa lu . breastfeeding krati hu ..or mera period abhi tak nhi ayay

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can try to take steam which would help and do not take any medicine since you are breastfeeding mom and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
