meri delivery oct me hui thi but abhi tak mujhe period nahi aye .kya reason ho sakta hai

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. it happens due to high prolactin that's required for breastmilk production. it's all normal. use effective contraceptive measures. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
