mam mujhe gas bahut zyada banti hai pregnancy ke baad se or mera stomach bhi kafi bahar ki taraf nikla rehta hai

A. dear mum, avoid having gases producing food, take ajwain water daily. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, havecsnall meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise (cardio) Perform resistance training (lift weights)

A. hello mom it is very important that you should take care of your diet after the pregnancy you should have homemade healthy and nutritional diet it is very light and easy to digest make sure to go for the light walk after every meal and have jeera water ajwain water have saunf regularly after your every meal
