ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. weight by feeding well n activities. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

Include all food groups in your kid’s diet that is staple in your family. Let the kids be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Good luck and take care.
