Q.
Mam is use salicylic acid face wash which contains 2% salicylic acid. Is it safe? Whenever I have to pick up something, I lower myself in the form of squats. Is it right? I eat soaked dryfruits with chia seeds and one banana as first thing in the morning, then after 3 hrs I have my breakfast. Is it ok??
