Mam ,in dec I got cesarian operation for baby birth,My weight is increasing day by day,what I have to do to control my weight 2)I am feeling weekness in all time,what I have to take to increase strength

Hello mom you would have been prescribed some supplements after delivery please take and been a mother is a very demanding .. so try to take rest as and when possible . And take good healthy diet and avoid sugary and refined and processed foods as much as possible and be mindful of what you eat .avoid to stressing as that’s not good for both you and the baby
