Q.

mam I have normal delivery. how much time after delivery I can start exercise to get normal tummy. my tummy get so large it seem I am still pregnant.

Anytime now Stay hydrated Eat good No vigorous exercise Moderate exercise To keep up your milk supply Floor exercises and walk are best Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good Diet control is more important than anything else Choose healthy foods Check your diet once you start little weaning foods for baby Start gradually Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
