mam i had c section operation on 5 days back .after that i have severe headache and spinal pain whenever i sit and stand but if i lye on bed i feel comfortable.plz help me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you shoulld have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables
