mam, I am a mother of 4 months baby boy.i have sagging breasts. my milk supply also very low. I have no symptoms that breastmilk is ready for my baby. what steps should I take to regain my breasts .

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is only for months your baby continue to feed the baby will be getting required milk if the baby is passing urine 10 times per day it means that baby is getting adequate feeding

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom have lactation tablet have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times
a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits
have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
