I Can completely understand feeding is a very sorry for this you should have at least 2 to 300 g of protein protein on an everyday basis and also along with that I’m going to advise you to have five but is tired good amount of pulses green leafy vegetables and have your supplements like iron calcium and multivitamin for 3 to 6 months to 1 year at least six months is mandatory
