Mam after my 1st pregnancy I had alopecia areata and was taking treatment.I became pregnant again last June and my alopecia has progressed to totalis also I have lost my baby in 5 months due to anomaly.can u help me with the cause

Maam it’s very difficult to say what maybe the cause you may have to run some test to know exactly what the reason cause behind it without proper test results it’s very difficult to say anything so please kindly get the necessary test done to know what is the reason and how do you need to proceed with it
