Maine kal pregnancy test kiya aur wo positive aaya to aab main konsi medicine shuru karu jo mere baby ko safe rakhe please tell me

A. start folic acid and multivitamins supplements regularly. avoid any kind of heavy work... including intercourse. avoid travelling..do a scan at 6 weeks to see gestational sac and cardiac activity ..
