mai 5 months pregnant hun mujhe pta nhi tha to maine is time kai din papita kha liya hai aur mujhe koi pregnancy k symptoms bhi nhi dikh rhe kya koi problem hai?

A. dont worry aap ne anjane me khana hai to.. pine apple and papaya is restricted in pregnancy my gynae told me.. please take a diet chart from nutritionist as what to have and what not.. take care
