POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Azithromycin can transfer into breast milk and may remain present for 48 hours following a person's last dose. Although it is generally safe to use when breastfeeding, azithromycin may cause diarrhea, vomiting, or a rash in some babies.
