Madam, My baby boy born on 25.06.2025 (as a premature baby),After born he was not take available breastfeeding from his mather,then we consult with doctor. After consulting doctor advised to us Daily to take below mentioned medicine for breast feeding,but she was taken from the last 22 days but still now result not good. Below mentioned Medicine taken daily by mather :- 1.VINAMIC (BEFORE FOOD) 2.LACTONIC GRANULES (AFTER FOOD) 3.HIMALAYA SHATABARI(AFTER FOOD) Below mentioned medicine prescribed by doctor to baby:- 1.LACTODEX HMF(1/2 satchet with each feed) 2.SIMYL MCT OIL(5 Drops with each feed) 3.ZINLOVIT DROPS(10 Drops twice daily till 1 yr of age) Please advise madam.

Author of questionFather of a 5 m old boy4 months agoA. Baby weight only 1.5 kg,so doctor are not agree to prescribe any formula at this time. so what can I do..

The medicine and supplements are given to the child are good and the oil that has been suggested to the child is for weight gain so you can continue with it as your mother is not getting enough and spite of everything if the mother is not able to feed it maybe it is not meant to be because some women cannot produce milk despite of no matter how hard they try so you can definitely go ahead with giving formula in this case
