madam mera bachcha 14 mahina ho gaya hai....delivery ke bad se hi mera wait khafi kam ho gaya hai...kavi kavi khafi weak mehsus krti hu.. mujhe thyroid vi hai... weight gain krne ke lye aur achcha feel krne ke lye kya karu

A. Hi Pls get thyroid levels checked & adjust the medicines by Consultantion with endocrinologist if necessary Add foods like egg. paneer, fish. ghee, almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut avocado to your meal
