madam can I use stairs after my delivery....its the 23 rd day of my delivery....and what all should i need to take care of for the time being...

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..yes once in while stairs can be used..but avoid climbing many times....take good rest till atleast 40 days..with very nutritious diet...avoid lifting anything heavy
