Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. teething pain starts around 3 months . first tooth eruption can occur between 7 months to 17 months of age. after that gradually all primary teeth will appear in the next 2 to 3 years.z primary teeth begin to fall by 6 to 7 years gradually being replaced one after the another with secondary tooth.z usually all primary will be replaced with secondary tooth by 10 to 11 years of age.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. A child and have it stayed by the time of 17 months on the higher side so wait till that time if you do not see that happening then in that case you will have to check with your doctor there going to give you a better help us for the situation
