Q.

m age is 27 i m having fatty liver so what should i do dr told me to reduce oily food and has not given any medicine and also having mild renal calyceal system fullness so dr advice me to do urine culture test but report is ok so dr suggested me to reduce oil only and no medicine he prescriped as there is no other symptoms so is it ok

A. In general, the diet for fatty liver disease includes: lots of fruits and vegetables. high-fiber plants like legumes and whole grains. very little added sugar, salt, trans fat, refined carbohydrates, and saturated fat.
