Q.

m 30 weeks pregnant n I want to ask can I add kuttu/buckwheat and rajgiri flours chapati in my daily diet plan? is it safe or not? plz suggest....as I hv gestational diabetes also.

A. Hi For Diabetes it is best to reduce the carbohydrates nin the food & substitute it with protein & fibre. so for that, add oats flour & defatted soya flour to chapati atta. this will help in managing sugars

A. Hello mom No you should not add it in your regular diet plan because it can create gastric issues. Which is already very common during pregnancy. You have to take wheat Chapati that is best. You should avoid taking rice and potato is regularly because of diabetes issue Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
