For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

You can have it right after a month also which completely dependent on your body cycle and how your hormones are acting to particular situation so I would say even after one month is normal even after two years is normal even after four months completely normal
