ls it normal to have period after 4months of c section delivery?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. yes normal. see regular workout is important. start slow and don't over do. walk, swimming, gym all are effective but consistently doing is the key to lose weight. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

You can have it right after a month also which completely dependent on your body cycle and how your hormones are acting to particular situation so I would say even after one month is normal even after two years is normal even after four months completely normal
