Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very normal that small children who are on breastfeeding will have semi solid stool so do not worry if the child is gaining weight and display full but if the child is having colic pain again and again and is also losing weight then meet your doctor
