Leptaden or lactate Which is safe n good As milk supply is low

A. if you want to increase the milk supply you should take a healthy diet for yourself plenty of liquid along with that give proper position to the baby while feeding which is very important thing

A. Lactate Is a good choice you can go ahead with that if you want to and also take it for a month or two if your lactation increases then that is definitely going to be good otherwise if you require you can go ahead with better medication after consulting your own doctor
