Pumping stimulates the breast to produce milk. Apart from breastfeeding every 2-3 hours, pumping 2-3 times in day also helps in increasing breast milk. You can also pump between and after feeding.

Drink lots of water and especially warm water. Get enough sleep. Always stay stress free. Are you taking Lactare tablets? Give atleast 2 weeks to see it's effect. Incorporate veggies, dairy, pulses, non veg in your diet . Eat 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds in the morning and night, eat cumin seeds with jaggery, water of arhar daal, soup prepared from mixture of rice flour and ajwain.
