Hi doc.. my son is 3 month old am feeling low milk supply now. During delivery doc suggested me lactate tablets.. can I have that now.

A. Hello dear parent, we'll ypu should eat right and healthy diet. Also drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. And take lactation tablets if your doctor has prescribed. Good luck and take care
