Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. this may be due o cold weather .Mild fever ; cough and cold can be due to seasonal variation and steam should be given 3 times in a day . For fever paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times in a day but if any respiratory difficulty the should be seen by a doctor
