kya khana nehin chabane se speech delay hota hai my baby boy is 2 yrs 6 month he is full active listening everything and pointing everything but he is speak few words only not seak in sentence that's y so m worried about him ....when ever he want eye contact with me and listening to me otherwise not if he doesn't want to listen he doesn't listening to me and doesn't eye contact with me but he is listening when I call him his name and he is not sitting in one one place always running at home and playing with toys ball etc etc so when he is speaking in sentence pleses tell me
