A. sometimes eat. it's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable not to eat packed food junk food and oily food at the time of pregnancy and also it impacts on baby health too.. take care
