Q.

ktheexperts my girl baby was3.73kg while birth..now she is 10month , her weight 9.48kg..past two month she gain weight..but all milestones are normal and she is active. suggest me what food I can give her.and past two month she dnt gain weight ...what should I do

A. Hello mom babies tend to double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of one year . It’s good that the baby is able to achieve his milestones on time . You can now as per how well he is getting used to solids you may gradually increase the variety ,quantity as well . Now he can be given wheat, roti , rice , oats , sago , panner , curds , egg yolk and non veg if preferred, lentils and dals like channa , rajma etc seasonal fruits and vegetables
