A. Give well balanced diet to ur kid, including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

A. good morning I would not recommend you to start giving some tonic like that if you try to focus on giving an overall healthy and balanced diet to the baby to make sure that the child is able to put on weight
