kindly suggest what food to be given like introduction to new foods... she is 11 months now can she eat whole egg / chicken/ toast

A. good morning yes definitely now that your child is 11 months old you can introduce egg to your baby but I would recommend you to wait another one or two months before giving chicken and you can start giving toast
