kindly suggest the diet plan for weight gen child 7 years

A. hello mom a little varaition is acceptable as far as the child is active for their age and also eating healthy. certain healthy foods that are helpful in weight gain are dry fruits & nuts , stuff paranthas such as with paneer, potatoes etc add ghee to their meals, fresh fruit milk shakes such as with banana, avacado , mango etc , sago , soya , rice , dals and legumes such as chana , rajma etc
