The child by now should be used to all family foods, do provide them both with all home made fresh foods and also natural foods such as fresh seasonal and locally avaiable fruits and vegetables, also dry fruits , nuts and seeds,

There is no diet chart for a seven year old child you are supposed to be all kind of foods what you are making at home and this kind of food is given from the age of nine months itself there is no diet plan that you have to follow for a seven year old child
