kids don't want to eat food in these hot summer... what is ideal food for kids when they don't want to eat

Its all normal and common especially in this sunny weather
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits like mango chikoo pear watermelon mars melons etc
Give milkshakes or soup if child doesn’t eat solid food at all give curd butter milk etc
Give plenty of water to maintain hydration
