Probably a child is not eating anything and that is why due to low energy the child is not even active I believe your child could be having certain deficiency that lead to loss of appetite loss of energy in the body I suggest you to kindly conduct a test to figure out what all deficiencies is there I suggest haemoglobin is very important so do conduct haemoglobin test for the child
