Hello ma’am It’s very difficult to say wires child’s Eyes are having water so I would just advise you to consult a paediatrician for a proper check up or other than that if you want to you can even consult an eye specialist ones regarding the same as without proper check up it is very difficult to suggest you any eyedrops for the same
