Q.

Its almost 6.5months gone my baby born...still i didnt get peroids..I had anemia and blood tranfusion done before delivery ..Is that a problem i didnt get peroids or is there any ways to get. my peroid?

A. Especially when you’re breast-feeding your baby will not get your cycles even upto 6-12 months and it is absolutely normal and you have to keep using contraception even if you don’t get your cycles Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
