Q.

it's the peak summer here and my daughter won't drink much water.. help!

A. keep trying to give water in between, Give fluids at regular intervals like buttermilk, milk, coconut water, milk shake, fresh fruit juice, watermelon, muskmelon, lichi juice. wear your baby light color cotton cloth.

A. hi dear In general, babies 6 months and older can drink as much water as they want and will slowly increase their water intake as they rely more on solid foods for their caloric needs. Remember to make sure they are still drinking breast milk/formula and eating a varied, nutritious diet.
