Q.

it's now 6th week continuing after my c-sec delivery. Should I start mild exercises for my lower abdomen?

A. You have to wait for at least six months after giving birth through cesarean section to start doing any sort of abdominal exercises or any activity that we put even the slightest pressure on your abdomen and that includes bending. Until then after eight weeks you can do brisk walking. Don’t be in a hurry to lose weight let the body at least heal properlyWrite Your Answer Here

A. No You should not be doing any exercises at least six months after C-section delivery because the searches take a lot of time to heal and your body is really weak as of now so focus on eating well and feeding well right now weight loss you can do after 6 to 8 months also
