it's my third c section my stomach is too large please any solution

U Just have to go ahead with proper exercising a dieting to lose on your way here and I would just like to tell you that after 8 to 9 months after C-section delivery only you can go ahead with that because you’re suggesting that much time to heal so as of now you just focus on eating well and feeding well that’s what I can say
