Q.
it's my second c-section...10 days has done..still I have pain in stitches.....can I use heat pad on stitches....

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. yes you can use heat pad. maintain proper hygiene at the site and try to sleep on stomach for 10 to 15 minutes which will help You may also feel some itching so avoid scratching at the side and if needed consult for examination
