Q.

It's my 5 month completed for delivery still no sign of period...what should I do in such case??

A. Nothing to worry for Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intak

A. Just relax and weight whenever your period has to happen it will happen there is nothing wrong with that it is a very normal process for women who are exclusively breastfeeding the child so you will resume your period when your body is ready for it
