It's being 3 months to my c section shall I use abdominal belt and if yes how long and when shall I use it? #Asktheexpert

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. The abdominal belt is only to support your post partum tummy and it has no role in reducing your tummy fat.
