Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach.
Whole Grains Sprouts,
spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

See If you go as per doctors there is no restriction on all these things but if you want to see section I’m not sure about how your elders are going to suggest you because a lot of families have a lot of Restrictions when you have had a C-section so it’s better that you consult your family and your doctor ones
