Q.

It's been three months since my delivery. Had post delivery bleeding then no periods yet is there any problem???

A. mau be breastfeeding. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

A. This is completely natural a lot of women do not get their menstrual cycle after their delivery for six months to 12 months to 18 months to 20 months also and that is considered completely normal that’s mostly they when you are exclusively breastfeeding a child
