Divya PoduguMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. using belly belt will just give you a back support.Inorder to decrease weight.You should perform excercises like kegels,pelvic excercises.Excercise that you feel burden on abdomen..Do not feel stress.Drink more water.Sleep well.Although it is difficult to sleep right veith the baby.Try as much as you can.Happy Parenting..
