Q.

it's been 6 months post my c section delivery I am getting hard stool and in anal area am getting needle piercing kind of pain why this happen do I need to switch my food habits should I stop having wheat for some time

A. dear mom..doinclude millets, whole grains, fiber rich fruirs, veggies in ur diet to avoid constipation, equalky drinking more water is imp. better to have warm water to strenten digesion
