Q.
It’s been 5 months post delivery and now I am facing huge hairfall problem. During pregnancy and till now I had very lustrous hair. But now it’s falling abnormally. I have stopped intake of vitamin d, omega 3 and folic acid tablets as told by my gynaecologist after 3 months of delivery. Is it a normal condition of falling hair at this stage. Please advise .

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the hair fall problem can be due to the harmonal imbalance and the just make sure to have vitamin rich food in the diet and you can you will check with your doctor for the supplement and also you can try using mums co natural anti hair allr protein kit which is also effective to reduce hair fall problem
